Who knew you could delete Microsoft Paint right off your computer? i didn't even realise i did it, because i cant find it anywhere

You can uninstall it though I'm not sure how you managed to do it without noticing ;P
You should be able to download it again from Microsoft's website if you still want it

You probably just moved or deleted the shortcut...
Check windows/system32/mspaint.exe before you download it again
