  • Charm gets you quite far. Guile gets you the rest.
I really love the idea here, big fan of the 3D anaglyph look, particularly without glasses, so iconic. I don't like the artwork though, I think it's a little too much, trying a little hard to be pop-y and it misses in my oppinion. Really makes me want to see a anaglyph style deck with more of a traditional theme though. A+ for the concept though...
Kickstarter completely revolutionized the way I waste money.

The people who handle playing cards are always in a world of delicate fingertip technology.

The concept is great.  The use of generic comic book character heads slapped on top of shrunken court card bodies was a huge mistake.  Original art and original courts, wholly original, would have been the better way to go with this.  The comic book heads make sense if you've got a story to go with them - otherwise, no one cares.

A for idea, B for effort, D- for execution.

Simple math.  They had a $12K goal and made it almost half-way, so the new goal was a little less than half as much...  That's the difference between printing with USPC and printing with Legends.  Now if the goal was $1,000, it would have been the difference between USPC and MPC...  :))
