I'm really interested in international decks, the Italian playing cards really whet my appetite for different suits and styles. I have found Spanish and Chinese decks on eBay but everyone seems to think their deck is rare on there. Is there any place like dealextreme.com or another wholesaler that sells international decks? Or am I going to have to start making online friends from these countries? Haha!

Making such friends never hurts.  I've obtained a few rather interesting decks of cards by trading with people right here in the PCF who live in other countries - but please, READ AND FOLLOW the Pasteboard Bazaar rules before posting.

Have you tried checking overseas retailers?  Magic Castle Singapore will ship internationally and they get many of the releases which are only distributed in Asia.

But as far as different suits - most of the collectors here seek out decks that conform to the International Standard to some degree or another, as it's the most widely-used of all the deck standards out there.  You're going to need to reach out more to find decks like that.  Perhaps you can check out Heraclio Fournier - the company is owned by USPC but still operates independently out of Vitoria, Spain and sells Spanish-style decks as well as International.

You might find some help from retailers that participate around here as well, specifically ones located out of the US.  http://jpplayingcards.co.uk is in Britain, http://www.playingcardz.net/ is located in France and the owners of both are members here - try talking with them.  If they don't have such cards in stock, perhaps you could arrange a special order?
