What do you guys know about these cards? Are these valid claims?

"These playing cards were used in the Marlboro Magic Bar program by magicians representing Marlboro across the USA. ... They were printed after the master settlement agreement was signed by the Big Tobacco companies and were NOT allowed to be given to the public and NEVER SOLD IN STORES OR GIVEN OUT AS PROMOTIONAL ITEMS"
