Hey, this is NOT my sale nor do I know this ebay user. But I just purchased the entire NOC V2 set including the summer colors for a very fair price.

His other cards I'm not interested in but they may interest someone else. He does combine shipping so you can buy 8 decks from him and only pay like $6 for priority US shipping. He does ship to a bunch of places.  I would message the user to confirm the combined shipping.
