This is NOT being sold by me, however I did buy a set. I thought many here would also be interested. The casino quality of these dice is exceptional, right down to the transparent colored dice security features.

The seller (Craig) http://www.ebay.com/usr/see_my_feedback has a few sets available. One set is sold at a time and the auction is then listed again.

You might have seen the Casino Gaff Dice that sold out from theory11 for $49.95 https://store.theory11.com/products/gaff-dice-jason-england. Theory11 was only selling 2 Dice (1 set). This listing is for 10 Casino Dice, 4 pair of each type of mis-spotted gaff dice + 1 regular matching pair. Here is the description as per the current auction http://bit.ly/1fyR6kw.

A bit of history, for those who do not know. There are three primary types of cheaters. Truly "loaded" dice have weights inside them, and are very difficult to spot. They tend to fall so that the lightest side faces upward. Another main type are called "bricks" or "shapes". These dice are not true squares. Two sides are square, and the other four sides are rectangular. The square sides are bigger, thus they tend to land on them. Using a sidearm type toss will result in them more consistently falling square side up (and down!). These dice can also be called "percentage" dice, or "missouts". I am selling the third type of cheater. They are my favorite. They can be called "tops" or T's, and are frequently called "mis-spots". That is because they are not all 1-2-3-4-5-6. These dice are being sold for amusement only, and are for dice collectors. Back in the 1950's and 1960's, grifters would use mis-spotted dice when rolling the bones (illegally) in gangster-run crap houses. If you got caught, you didn't go to jail. You went into the ground.

I offer for sale ONE COMPLETE set of MINT CONDITION casino mis-spotted dice, with a fair pair included! Seven different colored complete sets are shown. The winning bidder will choose the color of the set they want to receive. There are five transparent colored sets and two opaque sets (the white and black). In each of the seven sets, there is a pair of fair dice, a pair of 1-3-5 (meaning ones opposite each other, threes opposite each other, and fives opposite each other), a pair of 2-4-6, a pair of 1-4-5, and a pair of 2-3-6. The dice are all certified perfects: accurate to 0.002". They are all 3/4" dice. The thing about mis-spotted dice like these: your eye is not fast enough to see the difference. You must actually pick up the die and turn it over. From any angle, all you can see of a single die is three sides, so it will look fine to the casual observer.

All five transparent colors have two security features built in. The first is a star molded into the inside center of every 3-pip side. (see the second scan for a shot of this feature). The second feature is a Glow Pip used for the one pips. Under a black light, the one pips will fluoresce, while all other pips will not. I attempted to show this in a photo, but it is very difficult to see here. Much easier if you have a blacklight at home. These two security features were commonly used to spot real casino dice from the fakes that illegitimate players would attempt to introduce to the gambling tables.

As a bonus for the oddsmakers among us, I'll email the winner a copy of an Excel® program I wrote called odds.xls. This spreadsheet automatically calculates the probability of rolling 2 through 12 when any defined pair of dice is tossed. You can choose any 2 dice from the types: fair, 1-3-5 ("odds" or "bottoms"), 1-4-5, 2-3-6, 2-4-6 ("evens"), et cetera. Since I wrote the program, it can of course be modified if you've any other non-standard type of mis-spotted dice.

USA bidders: I can mail these perfect dice sets via First Class Mail for only $4.80. This fee includes Delivery Confirmation and Insurance to protect us both. Payment by PayPal® (at no cost to the buyer and ships immediately). If you cannot pay via PayPal please contact me to work out alternative payment arrangements within eBay's new guidelines!

Outside of the USA: International bidders are welcome, with the understand that the winner will pay actual postage and insurance. Insurance will be required, and if I cannot insure it to your country, I reserve the right to cancel the winning bid. Please wait for communications from me at the finish of my current listings.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES HAVE SKYROCKETED. IF YOU WANT ME TO SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL USA, PLEASE CONTACT ME EARLY FOR A POSTAGE QUOTE.

These dice are being sold for amusement and/or collecting purposes only. Feel free to email me with any questions. Please utilize ebay's feedback system, as it allows for a buyer's or seller's true integrity to be examined. Thank you for looking at my auction.
