Romanic?  Hmmm... I tend to focus on things like addiction, individualism, annorexia, nihilism, teenage pregnancy, a brothel for dogs, a flower, STIs, etc.  Never got the hang of romance  ;D.

Recent poem I wrote. Feel free to share what you think.

A woman who loves God
Desires to live for him
For me I would have been awed
my chances I thought were slim

But then I met you
beautiful and funny as you are
My feelings for you grew
though at first I kept them afar

On my mind later that year
I felt signs that we should be
though before I made my intentions clear
I prayed to God about thee

The feeling I thought would pass
though with you they stayed.
God's answer to me clear as glass
My feeling I must convey

A woman perfect for me
Loving and living for God
and to boot, so beautiful.......
