OOOH. That's excellent. So, Don, what you suggest to a novice like me. I've been thinking of getting a trick or two from them and now I can for free. Maybe your top three suggestions. I really wanted to get Alex's Diagonal palm pass but its DVD. Thanks. BTW, a very nice gesture from TBC team!
EDIT: DPP is a download also. Leaning toward that but I'd still like your input.
The offer specifically mentioned that if a download is also available on DVD, it was not part of the free offer.
If you want to try coin magic, anything by David Roth is worth watching - he's the greatest coin man alive today. He's also a really nice guy. I was at one of his lectures and his level of mastery is stunning; even after knowing how he did it, it still floors you.
The video for the Hucko Steal sounds good - 10 sleights and four routines in a single download. That sounds like good bang for the buck.
I like Chris Mayhew - his Commodore 64 and Casino Royale with Cheese are pretty good tricks.
I also like Feldman's Manhattan Opener, but if you're getting the Trade Secrets DVD, don't get Manhattan - it's on the DVD. (Plus that might disqualify it, I don't know.)
Goldfarb's Golden Touches also looks like it might be worth a look. Tricks are one thing, but learning sleights to me is more valuable - a good sleight can have many applications to it, not just one trick and done. Golden Touches teaches three sleights.
Lastly, Pandrea's Monet is really impressive and can be used in multiple ways not just as a trick but as the closer to a different trick - he teaches a few really good color-change sleights.
