The two times are identical. As it says in the rules, I must post the end time in GMT, but I may have the option to include other time conversions.

Edit: Oh Yah, that's supposed to be 24, sorry.

Paypal fees are NOT sales tax!  They're PayPal fees.  Sales tax is collected by a state and/or local government on items sold within their borders (and in limited cases, purchased over the Internet from within their borders).  Is PayPal charging you sales tax for receiving money?  If not, please change your description.

If anything, PayPal fees are generally much LOWER than most sales taxes in the U.S.
