Hello all,

My name is Josh Butterfield and I am the slightly more obnoxious half of Touch Paper Press LLC, a new game publishing company with two titles under our belt.  Don Boyer gave us the heads up about this great site as a potentially valuable resource for us, and he was dead on the money.

(Thank you Don!)

Trevor Cram and I have been working together since wayyyy back in 2011, and have designed a surprising number of games in the short time we've worked together.  We're still getting all of the website and business stuff going, but we're not letting any of that get in the way of doing what we love most - creating games.

Don posted a shout out for our Pulp Horror card game, Woe to the Living...

(Thank you Don!)

... as well as some great advice.  So - here I am.  Which means, of course, here we are.

I look forward to lurking for a bit and getting to know y'all, but if I can be of any service at all in the meanwhile, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks everyone!

Hey man, great to have you here. I love the look of your "Woe to the Living" deck (even though it kinda creeps me out) but anyway its great to have you here, and I can't wait to see what games you come up with in the future  ;)

Josh, you're welcome.

Everyone else - remember that even though the KS project is over, they're still taking backers if you want the Woe to the Living deck.  I WANT THIS DECK, man!  I'll get my PayPal squared away in the morning - contact this man if you still want in on the action.

@ Zero, Nathan and Dude - Thanks for the warm welcome.   :D  ((And Nathan, thanks for ordering Woe!))

It's hard to miss with the golden age and pulp feel of those images!  We've got one more pulpy-golden-agey style game already designed, but not published and then we're switching gears away from that for a bit.

@ Krystle

Well my friend, now you have.   8) We're still getting off the ground, but we're pretty serious about it, so we're excited for the future!

Actually, I'd love to fire up a thread in the Design and Development forum.  I'm hoping I can give a little back to this community, because I'm pretty sure I'm going to be begging borrowing and stealing your wisdom.   ;)

Knock yourself out - everyone else begs ideas from each other there, what's a few more in the pool?  :))

PS - Our website should be functional enough to order off of for pre-orders (they're in the production phase right now)..  http://www.touchpaperpress.com/portfolio/woe-to-the-living/  If you notice something not working, please let me know so I can help.  :)

Don, if you'd like to add that to your spiffy post or just direct them there, that would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Discourse! :) Hope you enjoy it.
People say nothing's impossible, but I do nothing everyday.

Today I found something that reminded me of you. But don't worry I flushed and everything went back to normal.

Done and done.  But are you still offering the Kickstarter pricing or have you gone into the pre-orders/retail pricing?
