My crown deck arrive :D

i have order 3 brick of crown deck on 1st or 2nd jan because of the USPC shipping which is super cheap .. and i am glad that it arrive before chinese new year act it arrive on 14 jan but i was out so i need to request for redelivery .. i am really puzzle i have order black crown deck on black friday but it still did not arrive anyone know why it is taking so long ?? i have sent message to shipping@bluecrown but still dun have reply so i post on their facebook wall asking for reply .. anyone know why or what i can do

don't know why the blue crown hasn't responded...they usually have great customer service! I will say the problem is probably not on their end.  If you live outside the US, customs is usually the biggest problem.  I have sent cards to the same address in Indonesia...2 weeks apart...and the second deck arrived before the 1st. Who knows?

OK, you're talking about the speed of "USPC shipping" from an order placed in the first week of January?  You do know that USPC only made the decks, and they aren't the retailer?  The Blue Crown (BC) shipped your decks...

Or maybe you meant "USPS" as in United States Postal Service...

A few of the Blue Crown people are here on this board.  Have you tried contacting them by PM?  I know Reylek is one of them.  Have you tried emailing or even CALLING Blue Crown, since Blue Crown does have a phone number posted on the site at the bottom of the page?

Do you have a confirmation email stating that your order was received?  Processed?  Shipped?  Was your credit/debit card charged?  If you never got the first confirmation, your order may have never gone through in the first place, especially if you haven't been charged.

While they have a great online presence, BC is a fairly small operation, probably not much bigger than Alex's Aethercards.  Their products are popular enough that it wouldn't surprise me if they got a little overwhelmed, especially since they're probably still waiting for the dust to settle after opening their new warehouse in New Jersey (in addition to dealing with a SERVER CRASH when the Black Crowns went on sale, which might be why you're having trouble with your order).  Give them a little time if you've already contacted them, but if you don't hear back in a few days or a week, try again.
