The two CartaMundi decks just appear to be the company's equivalent to USPC's "Bee" brand.  The one on eBay that CBJ pointed out is a casino-customized version, just like how many casinos use custom-made Bees at their tables.

The bottom deck is pretty self-explanatory.  USPC made an American version of this deck, and not too long ago, while this appears to be the Japanese version.  The backs were all the bunny logo, the fronts were assorted magazine covers.  If forced to guess, I'd say it was released to coincide with the 50th anniversary of Playboy magazine, since the box states that it has covers from that time period.  The 50th anniversary was in December of 2003, with the release of the Jan. 2004 issue.  At the least, it's no older than that.

Here's the American version:

Hmm, the CartaMundi isnt USPCC?
Then do you know which country it produced?

About the playboy deck, I think the US version is more better than Japanese version.

Carta Mundi has offices and facilities on five continents - they're kinda bigger than USPC in that sense.  They're heavily concentrated in Europe and the company originated in Belgium, where it still has its headquarters.  The cards could be printed in any of their facilities.  The closest one to you would be in Singapore.

I think the Japanese and American versions of this deck are identical.  Only the packaging is different.  It's more cost-effective to do it that way than to print different versions, and the Japanese market is used to a standard "Rouen-style" playing card deck.
