As I see it, you should at least ask.  Worst thing that can happen is they'll say no.  It is a video/trick they produced, right?  I don't see why they wouldn't honor your request.

Yup it's a DVD + 15 gimmicks package .. I've just sent them an email, but I think they may so no cos of th fact that I didn't purchase it direct from them. For all they kno, I could've worked it out without th DVD and just want the gimmicks for it
