Thanks Don, very much appreciated...........check your PM :)

Hey everyone, Don does have a good eye ;)

The court faces are from Aquila, since this is going to be our "House" brand we wanted to use part of what we liked from our 1st project and make these our standard courts. Everything else has been tweaked. As for the color Don, you need to take renders with a grain of salt, they aren't actual cards, but I'm 99% sure the finished products white balance will be consistent. ;)

I apologize for the confusion in who's creating the deck, it's the same team behind the Aquila deck, we just sat down and made some long term choices so we had a name change and some behind the scenes adjustments, but it's still Kardify and Three of Clubs........Ivan, Ade and myself and TriKard is our new Brand/Company.

Did you ever get the larger sizes?  For example, a "100-count" box would be big enough for a two-deck set.  It defeats the purpose of using clear plastic to a certain extent, but It's also possible that the additional space might allow two decks to fit more easily.

This is on my "To Do" list Don, I just keep forgetting every time I go replenish. But it's for the exact reason you mentioned, I wonder if there is just a little more room? If the UltraPro's were literally a few centimeters larger on both sides they would be perfect..........maybe an email to them is due, they could pick up a whole new market, lol

UltraPro has a case that will fit "Most" decks, I say most because some custom decks run a tad larger and these cases fit snugly. They do the trick for most of my Autographed decks.........but a few will not fit.

We used these on the Aquila Signature deck. As Don mentioned, keep a look out for pricing.

However, getting a deck signed is only meaningful to me if it's a select few artists.  I have no plans to sell for profit so I really don't care though.  So yeah, I devalue my collection, but I promise I enjoy it more than many others.

I agree with Nate, signatures for me hold personal value, not resale value. if I have the opportunity to get a deck signed I request it on the tuck itself and personalized if possible, they mean something to me and me alone because for the most part they are people I've had the pleasure of working with or getting to know better.

As for the cost of a signature, as Don said, if your David Blaine, well ya..........it's gonna cost you. But for KS Signature editions, to each his own. For the Aquila Signature Edition, the price was based on the cost and logistics to get all 3 signatures on one deck :)

« on: March 17, 2015, 11:38:56 PM »
Hey all, so we're in the process of bringing our second deck as a collaboration to Kickstarter, the collaboration has a new name, you'll see it on all future projects, Trikard Projects. Still consisting of the same people, Kardify and 3 of Clubs.

So besides that little bit of an update, here's a sneak peak at what's coming soon :)

I would really love to see the Cosmic deck :)

Good Luck Randy!!

Is it just me, or is this an odd way to answer this specific question?

It's funny Tom as I posted the pictures I noticed the "Race Back" on the tuck, lol.............still well worth my investment :)

I'll correct myself once again, this is indeed a Racer Back deck, the Tangent is similar, but the handy dandy guide helped out

A Cellar of Fine Vintages / Always fun to hit my local antique shop...
« on: January 28, 2015, 05:42:41 PM »
I'm still learning my vintage ways, but today I hit my local antique store, I pop in now and then and can usually find some older Bee decks and Ohio Bikes. Today I picked up 4 Ohio Jumbo Index Bikes, 2 sealed and 2 open. Then the, I can't pass it up part. A nice old Bicycle 808 Tangent Back, an old Stud and Streamline deck. The best part, I only spent $4.00  :D

Now I many not be able to retire on these, but the 808, Stud and Streamline have me doing some homework, so any help is appreciated.

ordered one LE deck...I had trouble getting my card info to go through early in the process but it finally worked.  Also I wish there was a way to manage my pledge in case I change my mind.  Anyone know if you can do that?

All you need to do is contact Brendan or Jackson, they'll take care of you on the spot. :)

Just.awesome, thanks to everyone who voted and supported the project, truly appreciated.
On behalf of the entire Aquila team, Thank You!

« on: January 03, 2015, 08:59:14 AM »
I just wanted to take a moment on behalf of the Aquila Team to thank everyone who supported the deck. It's nice to be in the company of other amazing decks, but I really wanted to thank Lawrence from LPCC for making what we saw in our heads become something real, and I also want to thank Bill Kalush from EPCC for his support and help behind the scenes. We couldn't have done this without them.

On a personal note, I want to thank Ade and his crew at 3 of Clubs, Ade is amazingly talented and I can't wait to work with him again, also a shout out to my partner in crime at Kardify, Ivan Choe, I couldn't ask for a better person to work with on this project or Kardify.

Aquila was truly a collaborative effort and we're all thankful for everyone who backed the project and helped support us along the way.
