For almost $100 less than that you can get the Bottle on its own with the deck inside it at our Holiday Sale. :]
Yeah, I seen that Alex.  Which is a pretty good deal by the way.  Wonder why this keeps going up so fast?

Hey Knobz, great to see some more Professional Magicians on the forum, you should get back into it as much as you can :)
Funny you should say that Mr. Luke.  I was at a seminar today for nursing and during break I performed Pressure by Dan White/Daniel Garcia and also performed Repair by Michael Kent.  You should have seen the look on there faces.  It still amazes me how simple magic can literally blow peoples mind.  They talked about it the rest of the seminar : )

Yeah, but the price is ridiculous. I don't know, I might end up buying some at some point. But I doubt it.
Looks like the two of us are gonna have to become ebay shoppers.  But I agree, I dont really wanna spend a butt load on them.

Welcome to the community Knobz. What descent is your name from, if I may ask?
Its German Alex.

Yeah that makes sense. I guess if it was Russian it would be more along the lines of "Knoblovich"  ;D

Anyway, thank you for supporting the Vortex deck, and I hope you enjoy your stay here.
Ha!  Thats funny.  It kinda has a ring to it.

Hey, whats up guys.  My name is Adam (but my friends call me "Knobz" since my last name is Knoblich) and I am from Chicago, IL  Just a brief story about how I got into magic and playing cards.  I got started in magic when I was about 8 years old.  Loved watching the magic specials they would have on TV back in the day starring David Copperfield, Max Maven, Bill Malone, Penn & Teller, etc...  Got my first magic kit from toys-r-us (crazy how I remember this like it was just yesterday) and started by amazing my family.  The internet wasn't too crazy back then so I got started in card magic by renting books from the library.  A few years later a  man by the name of David Blaine had a TV special and after watching it, it changed my life with magic forever.  David really impacted me with what he was doing on the streets with people and from then on I never looked back.  My passion is card magic but lately I have been trying to incorporate a variety of closeup magic.  This way I have a little bit for everyone and I basically just make myself stand out a little more than just a card guy.  I consider myself just an amateur/hobbyist magician.  I am too busy working 2 jobs and going to nursing school to go professional or anything like that.  Magic and Medical are my passions right now, so I'm working on trying make time for both them (hate to say it but medical is taking all my time).  I also started collecting cards a few years ago.  My collections has been growing substantially this year while my wallet has not.  Go figure that.  So I'm sure you guys will start seeing more of me on here.  I just became a member a few days ago and have already learned some things about playing cards and am now a backer for the Vortex Deck, which I am exited about!  I love playing cards so I'm sure I will fit right in.  Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of this. I will see you guys on the forums : )

I thought the decks were different colors, but I'm being told they aren't.  So the seal itself would be the sole difference, assuming that's correct.
Here is a good video review by Jason from the1eyedjack.  He goes through all the differences between the original JAQK Cellars and T11's new version of them.  Hopefully this clears some things up for everyone.

I have purchased an AIP bottle before and it was around $100.  Before they released this I truly was asking myself if I really wanna toss out $100 on this.  Not gonna lie, when I saw the price of $174 my jaw dropped!  I sat there looking at the computer screen for 10 min wondering what should I do.  I wasnt sure if people were flocking to buy this or not and I didnt wanna miss out on something possibly really neat.  So I broke down and bought one.  Im kind of excited I did though because now they raised the price but they included a couple other gifts as well.  Now im considering if I should buy another one.  (sigh) Where does all my money keep going.........lol

The JAQK decks from T11 are also air cushioned, don't come with seals and are wrapped in cellophane.  The JAQK decks from Cellars have (I believe) a smooth finish, red and gold seals and is NOT wrapped in cellophane.

oh interesting. I didn't know about the seals and cellophane. I thought all T11 decks were wrapped in cellophane. Interesting!

The t11 decks have cellophane, the originals don't.
  Right.  Exactly what loldudex2 said.

Hey Alex, I ordered a bottle too on Black Friday.  Any idea when these are gonna be shipped out?  Also, how do you find out how many bottles are left on the website.  I was trying to figure it out but I couldn't.  Thanks.
