@bmpokerworld

As written in my earlier post, I thought of mentioning this excerpt again

Quote
The only motive and reason for us to start a Brahma Playing Cards was to provide high grade playing cards at best price with shortest delivery time. By best price here we mean not compromising on quality but by implementing other factors such as doing business on very high turnover, low wastage techniques, spending adequate on marketing etc.

Also we didnt start Brahma Playing Cards in order to just compete with other companies or keeping pre-existing companies as benchmark.
We are willing to and will evolve as time goes by improving, inventing new techniques that could help in keeping costs low but quality high.
When we advertise us by providing a cheaper alternative for printing playing cards, card games etc. to creative artists, it does not mean at the cost of quality.

Customers are very intelligent, they know how and where to spend their hard-earned money. This also applies to spending on KickStarter.

If requested, we would be happy to provide you samples from our recent best work as a Commercial Sample.
Best,

I think a free windows version is also available.
Check that out!

Four of spades has to be my favorite amongst all. This is a true masterpiece, even with limited colors. Great Work and All the Best.

Ouch ???!! the topic really went off the track. I think when Nathan asked about rainbow deck, it was implied that he was asking whether it is possible create a deck with similar color scheme with the artwork he owns the rights to.

The only motive and reason for us to start a Brahma Playing Cards was to provide high grade playing cards at best price with shortest delivery time. By best price here we mean not compromising on quality but by implementing other factors such as doing business on very high turnover, low wastage techniques, spending adequate on marketing etc.

We have dedicated R&D dept who is responsible for creating new finishing/coating techniques and improving existing ones.
The dept is also responsible for maintaining and improving  the performance of paper/PVC used for the jobs.
On a bigger picture, this actually helps our existing/ prospective clients and eventually us because they can advertise their products that have truly Unique stock and Unique finishes.
The market is already flooded with plenty of decks(but excellent designs) with similar finish and stock under the disguise of different finish names.

(If not now, the customer will eventually find this out.)
So only way for us to succeed in this competitive market, is by providing new finish /stock that actually enhance the performance and durability of decks rather than waste time in copying someone else's hardwork and getting into legal complications.

Also, we do not respect nor entertain inquires for making knockoffs or printing artwork for which the client doesn't have the rights.
I think this should clear all the confusion.

I trust users of AetherCards and I really appreciate how they actively participate in each others projects including us. There are many forums online but there is something different about this group which makes this group stand out from others.
I hope we can work with many users of this group and benefit each of us and most importantly make our customers satisfied. :)

@Nathan Yes it can be done. Kindly send us request with link to your finished artwork for quote.

Always try to have solid color on the borders. using vignette, shading can cause lot of inconsistencies when the punching takes place.

Hello being printer, I have seen many people going for printing playing cards immediately after they have managed to collect the required funds.
For some of them, the funds were generated from taking out loans from banks, friends etc.
On worst cases, few of them have failed to recover the money invested, as they had no money left to market the product they have created.

When doing playing cards business via retail or wholesale its very important to divide your funds roughly into 3 categories ->
1. Printing Cost
2. Marketing(sending out samples,asking for reviews, digital posters, videos,etc)
3. Sundry costs

This seems to be very obvious , but I have found many people overlooking this important funds division.

You can compare this to buying a DSLR.
Whether you want to spend all the money on buying best DSLR camera or you want to divide your funds that could get you decent DSLR, more lenses, extra batteries, tripod, camera protection bag etc.

This might be little off topic, but couldnt stop me from sharing this experience.

Best,
