To be fair, he tweaked the design.  But yeah, it's been around before.

It's back. I didn't think I would ever see this deck on KS again. For Landry's sake I hope this funds. It's not a deck I can use. That's just me though. Not going to go into the usual comments you hear out of me about indices and all that. I think that goes without being said here.

For those who like the style, there's a lot to love here. Good luck. :)

I feel like there is a lot of nothing good not being said here... I remember seeing this a while back, I think in the R/D side of the forum, but it doesn't look like any of the advice was heard. Using makeplayingcards.com is a good move, it makes the goal reachable, but might turn off some people that may like the design, but not like makeplayingcards.com. I'm interested to see if the momentum here carries through to funding..

It was rather unpopular, and yes, he heeded perhaps a small fraction of the advice he was given.  Don't expect a mountain to change just because you're yelling at it.

These are interesting, actually. But this is an art project made within relative frameworks of playing cards.

Hello everyone I know I have not been around lately, I have been real busy. I know using make playing cards was not what I wanted to do but this deck just was not that popular. And I knew it would be hard to reach a higher goal. But it did manage to get funded and I am in the process of fulfillment as we speak. Putting this deck behind me I do have some other decks that will be much better and LPCC is going to be my printer of choice. Thanks for all the input given here at the Playing card forum see you down the road.

We make the choices we have to make.  MPC isn't the ideal, but you could do a lot worse and their quality has improved.  You're right in that it was what you needed to make the deck.

Consider, though, what it took to get this made, and how many decks you were able to create.  A lot of work for a small return.  Try creating a deck with more mass-market appeal.
