My true feelings regarding Ho Chi Minh and anything celebrating him or his ways can not be voiced on a board such as this.  May he rot in hell.

I didn't think this deck could be made worse.  But hey, I've been wrong before...

Someone should tell him to use spellcheck...unless he really is talking about the strengh of Vietnamese coffee on that 10 of Clubs...

Who is Ho Chi Minh? I'm assuming a Vietnamese political leader or radical activist?

Yep he helped form and  lead the Communist party of  North Vietnam.

Sort of.  Officially, yes, but many in the region still call the city Saigon.
