So if I wanted to make a Blue Bee Stingers deck, would I be able to if I used a different name and box?
-
no, because if you read on the box, it says all design blah blah blah, is copyrighted, so you would have to change the back design

Ah ok thanks! Now we can make the topic this: I hope Bee makes Blue Stingers!
-
Blue bee stingers would be a nice idea.
I'd like to see green and brown bee stingers too.
-
I think t11 should scrap their Bee titaniums and make Bee Stinger titaniums.

Ah, no. I'm enough for these titanium thing.

I'm saying I they do a v2 of the Bee titaniums, which if history repeats itself it will happen, then they should make the v2 version, Stingers.

I agree... I hate my titanium bees!
-
what are titanium bees like? any of you have titanium tallys?

Titanium bees suck in my opinion! But titanium tally hos are amazing!
-
If they made a v2 of the titanium bees they wouldn't be stingers because you can't make the v2 a different product all together. I love the titanium bees and tally ho's!! The titanium jokers in the tally ho decks looks insane! Maybe one of my favorite jokers ever. I would love to see some blue stingers as well!! I'm sure it will happen eventually.

I'm pretty sure the Stingers design (faded Bee back) is copyright of USPCC since they developed it for casinos quite some time ago.

Then could you at Ellusionist make green, orange, and blue ones, PLEASE!

It doesn't seem like the E style to make Bee decks but if you make the stingers in different colors, I know people would buy them
-
Bee Stingers in multiple colors would be great, but I don't see anyone making them. CARC sticks with their Erdnase stuff for the most part (Ask Alexander was the first departure from that mold), and the design is a USPCC trademarked/copyrighted/etc. design. T11 took the standard casino-issue Stinger design, removed the little Bee logos from the corners (ironically, it was what gave the Stingers their name), left out any casino ID and swapped Bee standard stock for Aristocrat. The colors used are pretty much the same colors the casino Stingers are made with on the faces. T11 had some real success with the black and red Stingers, but go too crazy with the color selection and it'll start looking like the Magic Makers decks that come in a rainbow of colors! Blue would be awesome, but there's tradition among casinos and gamblers for using red and black - the same colors that make up the faces of cards. WSOP decks come with red and black backs.
I'm digressing a little, but the point is T11 is still selling the red Stingers. If they do blue at all, it probably won't happen until the reds are sold out, and then only if the demand was huge. I just wish they made the red Stingers box like the one for the blacks - it's the first time I ever saw a tuck box with an air cushion finish!
BTW: I have all the Titaniums - I personally didn't have any real problems with them, other than the fact that "steel blue" looks an awful lot like "vaguely shiny gray". The crimson reds look far more impressive. And I wish they'd done something metallicky with the black cards - half the deck is really shiny, the other half looks bog standard except for the face cards.

We won't be printing any Stinger designed decks. 1) It's not something we'd want to focus on when we have so many deck projects going on that will truly be different, and 2) I'd consider it unethical considering that t11 are currently selling decks with that design. We don't work like that.

Yeah, all your decks are awesome.
Don't let the plain come in your way.
