Title: Postal Rate Increase Likely in Jan. 2014

So, who here knows the most about the proposed rate hike?  I only know that prices in general will be not quite five percent higher, and that a first-class stamp will be three cents more.  The big question, though, is for all those deck projects that are planning to be completed after the holidays - how much more will it cost to ship decks?
