It's sold only in Japan.
The original price is about 14-15$ not including shipping cost in Japan.

I can sell it to you, the price will depend on how many decks do you want. (I live in Japan)
Please remind that the original price is already expensive. It's not the same as decks in USA that are sold around 5-7$.
