Post by: California on July 22, 2013, 05:23:27 PM
My name is Ari,

I am a poker player and fan of playing cards. I mostly  collect casino decks. I have fallen in love with the way cards make art accessible. I the maker of the Radial 80s deck on kickstarter.

"The Radical 80’s have turned off the lights, turned on the neons and permed the hair on a normal deck of Bicycle playing cards. These are a must see, must own deck of highly collectable playing cards.
With a few tricks up the leg of it’s parachute pants like the extra ‘Zero’ and ‘One’ cards so you can spell words upside down like we did on our calculators at school, or rate the Olympic performance of your favorite gymnast from zero to ten these are also a powerful deck in any magic routine." -Joey Heininger

I have Please have a look and tell me what you think. I have already made a few updates from your feedback.

Hey, Ari, welcome to the Discourse!  I'm looking forward to seeing what you have in store for this deck.

Welcome Ari, this is a great forum with a lot of very helpful people.  As you know, there is already a thread assigned to your deck and advice, opinions and other discussions happen there.  And while I am supporting your deck, I am concerned still about some licensing issues with Polaroid and Sony as I've stated due to their iconic products showing up as clip art on your cards.  Also, I would have expected there to be more colorful geometric shapes which is the epitomy of the 80s.  Still, you have a very unique deck that is gnarly, radical, bitchen and totally 80s.
