Title: Fulfillment services in the UK?

I hope my Lady Godiva project will be of interest to people in the UK as well as the U.S., but I know I'll need to keep international shipping charges down in order to attract pledges.  I'm looking into fulfillment services across the pond in hopes I can just ship over some bricks and have them sent by local mail.  Has anyone here tried this?  Did it save money on shipping?

BentCastle Workshops tried. They shared their experince with Albino Dragons. Albino Dragons are going (at least they declared their intention) to use that system for their current Kickstarter project.
