Oooo that's a toughie .. I like the SS series, big fan of DBs decks BUT i feel i have to go with gargoyles on this one .. I love the fact th AoS on the SS is an ambigram, but the gargoyles has that amazing 3oS slashed gaff card which I love :))

I love DB and the split spades so for this one I choose Silver Split Spades. :)

Touch call, but I'll go with Gargoyles on this one.  Love the 3oS gaff and the backs of the Split Spades are a little too washed out.

Blaine & Stutzman did some nice work on the Silver SSs.  Have you noticed that even the black has metallic ink?  There's gold accents in there.  I always thought it was odd to have a metallic deck that has metallic red pips but flat black pips, no shine at all.  The SSS deck has gold in the black...

I like Gargoyles, but I'm big on the SS Lions, so yeah - Silver Split Spades.

Eeeeeeeeesh. This one's tough...
I love the handling of the SSS, but the design of the Gargoyles is hard to beat...
I'll have to go with the Gargoyles. Lance miller's back design and silver courts are just too awesome.

Finally, a close match up right now 50/50. lol I vote Split Spades. I love davids work, have his trick decks, and since these have the same back people don't realize its a trick deck if I switch between them. They think its just a different color.

SSS all day long...

For some reason, blaine decks have better handling and durability than other decks (and thats taking into account that we already know the stock and finish).

Also as Don said, this is a true Silver edition deck, i love the gold accents in the black cards, and the box its really good looking.

I voted SSS. The metallic ink on the Gargoyles made them impossible to use practically, since everything would disappear in certain lighting.

Although I love David Blaine, I'm choosing the Gargoyles. Those red eyes pop like crazy.

Very though vote. I like the court cards of the Gargoyles more. Both have very nice back designs, but SSS has a exceptional AoS, and the nicest tuck box.
