I don't have any experience with Cartamundi cards, but I know they have a great custom tuckbox operation. When I was looking to do my card deck with them, they turned around some custom-sized tuckboxes for me in two days! You'll definitely be able to get exactly what you want from them. They have pretty high minimum order amounts, though.
As for Custom Playing Cards, I did my first deck with them and I was not impressed with the quality of the tuckbox. For comparison, USPC tuckboxes are significantly higher quality, i.e. the edges are glued tightly and they have much tighter control over the die-cutting process, which means that you have to leave less margin around the edges of the box.

Zaid - that's kind of the pickle I'm in. custom playing cards doesn't seem that good in quality for their tuck boxes, but the estimate for 5000 tuck boxes is reasonable. Cartamundi cards tuck boxes are better, I know I would get a great box, but they are pushing me to print 10,000. if i only get 5000 boxes, the price is pretty steep. They are based in Dallas i can at least pick them up and save on shipping. That's why I'm looking for a third manufacture maybe overseas? USPCC flat out does not make tuck boxes that hold more than 56 cards. I just want a decent tuck box for the first deck run. Is it the cards or the box that sells the decks? what deck did you make Zaid?

Wait, sorry, I told you wrong. I was confusing Custom Playing Cards with Quality Playing Cards. I did a test run of the SurrealScapes deck with Quality Playing Cards. They're a company based out in Florida. I believe you've talked to them already. So I don't have any experience with Custom Playing Cards.
I know USPC has a tuckbox vendor that they use. Maybe you can find out who that company is and contact them directly.

I backed a project that was being printed at Quality Playing Cards in Florida. She ended up switching printers because she kept having all kinds of problems with them. Wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole.
