Title: New Deck - Samurai Deck
Post by: VortexHead on October 20, 2011, 04:25:54 AM: Another new deck to be released in just over 12 days is the Samurai Deck that's designed by the same guy who designed the Karnivals I believe, his name is Sam Hayles. Here is a link to their official page that has the countdown timer on it. Again I'm not very interested, now I'm very fond of martial arts films but the one thing that puts me off is the faces on the backs.

I meant I never bought Karnivals, and I might bought this samurai deck for the first time.

I'm ecstatic that the guy created a deck that showcases his talents much more than those awful skull decks Karnival puts out every week, but lately I have found myself ignoring all the decks that aren't fully customized. Redesigning Bicycle cards is so cliche now. Everyone and their mothers have a custom Bicycle deck. Why not break from the mold and risk creating something that is totally your own?

But, it's still probably 6th on my priority list behind the more custom stuff like Vortex, Seasons and Mana. Maybe I'll grab those samurai off eBay someday.

coming deck hope it durability is good ...deadeyes deck is totally creepy last time i form a joker reveal card trick to a girl and she freak out after seeing the card the design of it

i brought karnival deadeyes deck for their look too but after you handle them you will understand what i mean

I got the Blue Renegades. I didn't think the handling was bad on that deck.

i am not sure about the blue renegades but the deadeyes and the orginal is total crap they all harden in the box even though i hardly use them they cant spread at all

they are same as the tragic royalty no worse than it .. when i spread my deadeyes deck the whole deck move with it..not my spreading suck but the deck suck

I put a deck in freezer. The humid make the deck became like a block of cards that can't be separated.

The dead eyes are about 6.99 US each, as far as their durability goes I bothered USPC's custom department and they said that Karnival is addressing that with the V2 which should be released very soon. I will be getting two decks because I ordered them from a supplier who was out of V1.

I was stupid. I thought cold will help cards, but I forgot to think about the humid.
Luckily it was a normal bike.

Yeah, I'm not in US, so shipping takes a big role to decide how many I should buy it, or not buying it at all.

I spoke with the artist today, this deck has standard Bicycle court cards.

I didn't ask about a color variation, I only asked if there was going to be custom court cards.
