Title: The 25 up/down fames badge doesn't work.

Maybe you are right. This would explain why I haven't gotten that badge yet.

Well that's not entirely correct. The 10x upfame badge (gold star) in a day is working.

Alright then, I guess I'm wrong. Maybe he has started to activate some of them, but not others. For example, I have been online for about 16 days, and I don't have the hand with the 10 yet. Also, I don't get what you are saying about the 25 posts a day thing.

Oh, okay. Thanks for the clarification, and like you said, he had posted more then 25 times today.

I have posted 25+ times an upfamed/downfamed 25+ times but the badge isn't showing up. It's all good though.

It means Up/down 25 times, whether you're rating a PERSON, or a PERSON'S POST. Apparently they're not the same thing in the new Fame system.
