Great pics, can't wait for these, they look wonderful. Cheers Evan

They look great and feel great! They feel like butter! :o

Are you gonna review them? And how do they compare to other performance/magic finish decks?

Yes, I will be reviewing them. As for the finish... its Magic finish and feels like it. Not very slippery but fans well and dribbles like a dream!
-
I want that deck so bad !!! :D
-
so do i i can wait for it to come out! :)
-
It's a pretty sweet deck, but you should work on your lighting and focus a little more. Just some advice.

Oooo, sounds messy. Do you have to refrigerate them? ;)
What can you tell us about the rest of the deck - Queens, Jacks, spot cards, ad cards/gaffs...
-
can't wait for these to be out, i'm gonna get a bunch in case i play with one too much and accidently spoil them ;)

Double backed card. Ad card. What do you want to know about the rest?
-
Are they bog standard or are there any changes of note? Y'see, we haven't seen the pictures of them yet. You showed us the kings and the jokers, that's all. So I am probably not alone in wanting to know what the rest of the deck looks like.

The number cards are all standard. The reds are metallic and darkened. I showed the awesome aces :)
Thats pretty much it.

Erik has a review of these on his Mana site, you need to be a member to view it but maybe you should check it out.

Here is his review: http://www.manaplayingcards.com/1/post/2012/01/the-mana-deck-review.html
Its a good review but I just don't trust a deck review from the maker of the deck.

It's not a review so much as it is an advertisement... You honestly think if the deck sucked or had bad features he'd post about it in a "review"?
-
will this deck be available at the end of February ??

To be fair, however - which decks printed by USPCC have sucked in the past year?

Crimson deck, Crimson Resurrection deck, the Big Guns were slow to sell at the $50 price point they were released at, almost any T11 v2 deck because the only difference between v1 and v2 is the box instead of the cards, Bicycle Irregular, Bicycle Apollo, A.Bandit, any Bicycle deck designed by Merz67 (Trace series, Red White & Blue series, Zebra)...
The quality of the deck is all in who designed it and what finish and stock they chose. Does Mana look good? Of course. Would I trust ANY designer's review of their own deck? Not for a second. It's like a father or mother being asked to "review" their newborn infant...
-
Granted those are all opinion. I liked many of those decks. I wouldn't say that those are bad at all really

Meh I would take Apollo (maybe the A.Bandit too, but I didn't get any so I couldn't judge) out of the list myself, simply because at least it's an original idea and a minimal amount of effort has been put in. But I do agree with the rest of them. Anyone could easily come up with those decks within minutes.

I like the A. Bandits, Apollo, Irregulars but that's about it. The V2s I don't care for but the first versions were nice, so that doesn't really count. In the end it's all a matter of opinion.

...and the point I made about trusting a designer's review of his own deck still holds. The list is HIGHLY subjective, and for better or worse, I own some of the very decks I listed. But it's no more or less subjective than a designer's thoughts about his own little 56-cards-and-a-box work of art.

I never objected against the statement about a designer's review on his own product. Though what could he say otherwise? Put down his own deck and ask everyone not to get it? He's just trying to make his product sell better (though I'm sure it will without his own review).

It's rather disingenuous to call it a review. It's an ad.
