Title: How to turn off e mail notification?

I just got email saying that someone replied my post, which it will flood up my inbox.
Anyone know how to turn it off?
I checked this forum everyday and I don't need any emails notification.

Take a look under the button where it says "Profile", then head to "Account Settings" and down to "Notifications". You should be able to change your notification process there.

Thank you and I just know why I got notifications.
I accidentally push the notify botton while browsing this board with iPhone.
