RU18 - Russell PCC Blue Ribbon Aces of Spades 323 and 121 with a Blue Ribbon on the Ace of Spades - Note that these use the Willis W. Russell courts.  That would change around 1916 to the American Bank Note courts.

RU13 - Kalamazoo Aristocrat Ace, Joker, card back and extra card.  Joker is not in Hochman, and was used as the basis for the first Russell PCC Aristocrat Ace.

RU14 American Bank Note - Hochman does not show the generic American Bank Note Ace of Spades, but here are two decks with the same back design, one with ABN Ace of Spades and one with generic.
