After revisiting my earlier "Wonso" concept, I took a little more 'radical' approach. Trigrams uses all eight trigram symbols, instead of the 4 from Wonso. As a nod to some traditional Chinese card games, I worked on a narrow card versus the normal Poker size.

Well, you should be careful about being too innovative. Push too far from the standard and you're moving from a larger core audience to a littler niche audience for your product. "Original" is nice, but doesn't always mean "good" as well.
Consider perhaps using a bridge-sized deck. I'm not saying no one will buy a unique size factor like yours, but it's less likely to take off, being more of a novelty product.
