If your order email stated you get one, I think you only get one. Best way to get a definitive answer: contact Jennifer in E customer service.
Guys, this is no different than when they run specials on giving Gold Arcanes for $75 orders. They don't give a heads-up in advance on that either, right? It sucks if you bought earlier, but it's no different than when you buy a car and a month later the price gets slashed to less than what you paid.
If this makes you unhappy, contact Jennifer, as I stated above. E is known for listening to customers.
This is very different than the Gold Arcane offering, since Gold Arcanes are NEVER in the "Free Gift" section for limited amounts of time.
This is what the situation is actually like, if you want to make a Gold Arcane comparison:
Ellusionist: "For a limited time, get a Gold Arcane with every purchase over $75 now through the end of the month! These decks will not be available in any way outside of promotional items after that." Naturally, everyone makes the purchase ASAP, there is no reason to wait.
Three weeks later: "Get TWO Gold Arcanes with every purchase over $75, only for a few days though!"
Do you see how those of us that made a purchase on a limited time promotion feel cheated? How about my Black Friday Vortex deal? I didn't say "only people that pledge this week" because that would cheat my early supporters in a VERY big way. My product would get kicked to the curb very quickly.
