Playing Card Plethora / Kings Wild Table Player's Subscription

Jackson provided some details for his upcoming subscription service through an Instagram Q&A:

The subscription will not be limited. Unlike his KWP Shorts subscription, anyone will be able to sign up.

There aren't tiers. There will only be one deck every two months (see the next point for more info on this). No tiers and no LE or alternative version. Always just the one deck.

The subscription is charged monthly, but each deck is released every second month. So each month you are paying for half a deck (or decks). That means there will be 6 Table Payer's decks each year, even though it is a monthly sub.

The prices get cheaper as you get more decks each month. The pricing will be as follows (unsure yet if there will be more options):
  • One deck for $6 each month ($12 per deck, delivered every other month)
  • Two decks for $11 each month ($22 for two decks delivered every other month; $11 per deck)
  • A brick for $60 each month ($120 for 12 decks every other month; $10 per deck)

Shipping is a flat fee based on your location:
  • $5
  • $10
  • $15

Separate subs/Multi subs will be charged shipping prices for each sub, but then have discounts applied by KWP to bring the total shipping cost you have paid across all subs down to what it cost KWP to ship your decks to you.

You don't have to subscribe to get the decks. If you don't want to subscribe the decks will be available in the Kings Wild Project web store, at a premium. Each deck will be $15+shipping if bought through the web store.

Jackson advised Table Players Subscription will open up next year. No specific date at this time.

Playing Card Plethora / Artifice and Arcane deck list question

I wasn't having a lot of luck doing research myself online, but I am trying to find out what all of the Artifice and all of the Arcane decks that have been made by Ellusionist are.

Here is what I have been able to figure out:
Arcane has: Gold, White, Black and Red
Artifice has: Blue, Emerald (Green), Purple, Red, Gold Tundra (White), Black

Anyone know if I am missing any? And I believe there were two versions of some of the Artifice decks? Help me fill in this list

"The deck features gold metallic ink on the faces, gold and silver metallic on the back and an intricate tuck case that was amazingly stamped on 2-sided color "metallic" stock, pushing the limits of detailed foiling.

600 numbered decks will become available out of the 700 produced and ICONS “SACRED” will never be reprinted.


As it was technically very demanding, and before I go to the press for IMPERIAL edition's final print, I decided to “sacrifice” this deck and use it in order to test my new printer’s efficiency and also to experiment with various production aspects from cutting methods and metallic inks’ behavior to playing card finish.

I used my own varnishing formula which has a feel that I like but appears a bit sensitive to rubbing and should be handled with care. That said, crafted with much love, devotion -and some risk-, ICONS SACRED is an experimental deck, more an art object than a deck for playing games.
But who can actually play games with the Sacred? That would be a sacrilege…"

Each one is brand new, sealed in the Handmade wooden box with Jacksons custom signed stamp seal. I got them both directly from KW through the Kickstarter project.
Both come from a pet and smoke free home and have been kept in pristine condition in my collection.

Spoke with creator about two way backs, he will speak with the artist about the posibility. Are leaning towards local printer in Italy, but have been proofing local samples for quality. I really like the charming art on this one, but am weary of non big-3 printers...

Really like the look of this deck and wanted to give it it's own topic. limited to 500, hand numbered and signed and only available for purchase through the weekend (11/27 - 11/29 2015), although they do say they will be offering more through promos and with large purchases later. But $20 for a 500 sold and numbered run of decks isn't bad, and a deck that Blue Crown claims is their most limited to date.

The tuck makes me think of a private reserve liquor bottle label, and I really like the vintage aesthetic it seems to capture without being pandering. The card back is nice, kindof hotel/airliner esque with the branding across either side, but I like it's simplicity. Would love to get other peoples opinions here, I tend to always wonder where my tastes lie in context to other collectors.

Jackson is following up his Scarlett and Emerald decks with the upcoming Black Diamond Tally-Ho. (Wasn't someone just looking for fresh off the press Tally-Hos in a post last week?)

Jackson confirmed he will be continuing the Legacy editions into this version.

We will see it hit Kickstarter at 1000PST on 11/14.
