This teaser is supposed to be of the box so he doesnt need the physical box, to show us what it looks like. All he needs is the design that he submitted to the USPCC.

What frost meant about it being time for a teaser is that there is supposed to be a teaser at 3333 Aethercards Facebook likes.

Hey guys, the uncut box prototype isn't being shipped on time which means I have to create the teaser from scratch, which takes quite a bit of time.

It will be up by the end of the weekend. I'll announce the day and time in advance.

Frost, don't rush things. Alex said that he would start the kickstarter once he would be done shipping ALL of the Vortex Deck pledges. Thats 1-2 months you are looking at. All we are asking is for some information and maybe a teaser.

The hand crafted artwork is completed.

What is done:

- Pips
- Sketching
- Inking
- Back design
- Tuck case

To do list:

- Scanning
- "Digitalizing"/Vectorizing
- Coloring & Shading
- Layout
- Prototyping
- Kickstarter Video
- Final Kickstarter reward adjustments

Before launching the Kickstarter, I want to finish scanning, vectorizing and some of the coloring and layouts. My mistakes with the Vortex deck was going in blind, with no idea how KS works. This time around, I don't want to rush finishing the artwork.

I promise you guys, a teaser is coming soon!

Yeah, I'd like an idea of the date too, if that's okay.
And it's nice to hear that you'll be spending a lot of time on the design of the Harlequin - I definitely don't mind waiting longer if it means that the deck turns out perfectly.
I'm also guessing the process will be a bit more straightforward that you've already used Kickstarter.

I prefer seeing a fully polished KS project that takes longer to get started than a swift KS project that's rushed and has delays at the other end.

I agree with Don here.

I don't mind waiting a bit more for the Harlequin. its actually a good thing because then we have enough and more time to set aside budget and make our own adjustments right? And I'm sure that Alex is up to his ears with all the things to do... the forums, the collecting, the designing... not to mention May 16th is just around the corner... so he is prepping for that too hahahah!

For those of you wondering about how it fits with the back design, keep in mind this is concept art. Take a look at Lilleth here. Notice anything about her (lack of) garments? Well, take a look at the standard Bicycle AoS.

The design will be a rework of that in a very cool and creative way.
