You're absolutely right - it's not the kind of deck we collect.
We prefer garden-variety (and not-so-garden variety) playing cards. 52 cards, a couple of jokers, maybe an ad or two...standard suits and values...y'know, that sort of thing.
You should check out some of the gaming message boards and blogs - you're not likely to get much traction here with your deck idea, even if it's absolutely brilliant. Education boards must exist as well - perhaps that would be better, since your target audience is Japanese children learning iego.
