Hey Lushbob, I really like your designs! Great job starting the work! For the kings, I think they are great. The only problems I have are:
1) They are too simple in my opinion (especially the second one)
2) Can you make a mirror image so the card can be a two-way design?

Hey, I think you were talking to me. I know the kings are too simple, these were just starting sketches. I plan to add much more detail, especially on the second one. Also, I will be mirroring them. I drew these on the card template, but for size purposes, I cropped off the other half because as of this point it is blank. I plan to open these up in Photoshop at school when I am all finished and mirror it.

For the faces, can we put the pips wherever we want?
The main opinion was that we can each model the pips however we like, but do they need to be placed in a specific location?

Love that diamond loldude! I'm still not happy with the whole poll thing. 46% of people so far like a design, thats less than half. I'm going to try to come up with another design or two. And then settle on only one of the ones we have now. Then have a 2 or 3 back poll.

With some more work I feel this could be a very strong design. I feel though you need to make the split through the heart look more curvy and natural, but as of this point I like it

I like it, although I think you're signature shouldn't be on the card, to bring out how much we work as a group to bring this project through. I think the AoH is a good start, but I think it should look smoother and subtler.

Those look very nice, I think you should make it so the Indexes are more visible though. And I dont think it matters where the pips are this is a CRAZY deck so might as well have the pips in crazy places!

Thank you Derek and everyone else for the feedback on my Ace. Like I said it is a very early design and I am going to make it look alot cleaner. I am also going to take my name off there because it looks bad. Truthfully that sketch of the design took me 5 minutes to make in Word   I am hoping my new laptop comes in tommorow and then I will start working on it in PS.


Also I really like that ace of diamonds I especially like the detail on the diamond itself with all the corners and stuff and the ring just adds a little extra to it

The blurry card is pretty cool! It's hard to tell what effect you are going for, but I like it. You should find a file share site or something where you can have all your pictures up. It'll make it easier to see the project as a whole. You could use tumblr, flickr, or one of the other multiple sites.
