I wanted to check in with you all and let you know that we are still full steam ahead. I just got my digital proofs from USPCC today and wanted to share them with you. Next steps are to receive the final proof and begin printing.

Along with this announcement, because I can show you what the uncut sheets will look like (below), I am announcing the pre-order for the uncut sheets. Only 100 uncut sheets will be held out so there will be 2500 decks and 100 uncut sheets. ALL WILL BE INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED!

For those that will ask, I am keeping the gaffs under wraps for the moment and will be releasing a special FREE "how to" video on how to use the gaffs in conjunction with the deck. Stay tuned for more details

With the court cards like that it's literally impossible to find say the King you're looking for in a spread because There's no suit in the index! I know Lance is a designer but he's also a magician. This just has NOT been thought through properly.

The gold pip at the bottom replaces the pip under the letter for the king, queen, and jack.

Try spreading the cards yourself~ and then you'll notice how impractical it is.

Can you link me to a deck that does this? Or are you doing a simulated image with each individual card in a spread?

This may be a bit tedious but do a simulation of the cards in a spread, then show it to me.

I like the overall idea, but I'm with you on the design. Face cards with black pips, number cards and aces with gold? Varying index sizes (aces are largest, face cards have a single letter next to a full-size pip that's the same size as a number card's index number with pip. I'm also waiting to see the final print regarding the faces - they look kind of "sketchy" if you know what I mean. When I heard he was using live people as models, I was thinking, "wow, just like the White Knuckles, right?" Nope.

Well now that would look awkward if you frame it, with the 3 of clubs just chillin' there.

Also, I'm guessing this is 1 of the two mystery cards that he kept a mystery.
