So I took out my brick of V3, V4, V5 and V6, stacked them up together, and realized they're at distinct heights!

The V3 Smoke (White) is the highest, then V3 Mirror (Black), followed by V5, V4 and lastly V6.
The V6 stack is a whole deck lower than the V3 Smoke; the V5 is half a deck lower than the V3 Mirror

Does anyone know if there're extra cards in the V3 decks? Or maybe different stocks between these variations?

Are stacking boxes or actual cards?

They all have the same number of cards. I have the same problem. My v3 are so thick that I have problems taking and putting them back into the box.

Have you compared the thickness of the cards themselves without the box? The size of the box alone could be a bit misleading here...

i rarely open my decks, especially like these that hold much more values when they're sealed. maybe someone with opened S&M could give us some insight?

  • Pick a card, any card...no, not THAT card!

Even within a single print run, sheet thickness can vary, though usually within reasonably narrow tolerances.

I think this may just be the boxes or the brick box.

How would the brick box affect it?

All the brick boxes aren't necessarily the same width.

V3 is fat, if you open and use it, it becomes even fatter.
This is a common sense, I heard too many people here complained about v3's thickness.

I don't collect S&M series, but someone gave his v3 to me. I played for a while and gave it another guy...

The card box would matter but the brick box shouldn't affect it at all. I'm a little lost on what you're saying I guess haha

I have heard about the S&M series having different widths and whatnot. It's a little strange but you do see that in decks so it's not a bad thing. Just a unusual difference in the series
