Anyone know someone trustworthy in Philly who can help me out?

I am buying some cards from a guy in Philly, but he doesn't do PayPal, just cash, and I am in Austin.  Anyone know someone trustworthy in Philly whom I could pay to pick up the decks and ship them to me?  I would prepay via PayPal the cost of the cards, shipping, and reasonable fee for their time.

E-mail money transfer? Everybody has a bank and the internet. If someone is really computer illiterate then maybe mailing a good old fashioned cheque.
