So, when's the next deck?  :))

I'm thinking early next year. I've received a decent amount of requests for a new color of this particular version.

How did you like this version?

Hey everyone! I have a very brief update. Almost all rewards have departed. I have one custom reward to fulfill and a few standard rewards - still waiting on a few surveys and addresses. Otherwise, the project is winding down.

If you backed and received the Premier Edition in Altitude Blue, I hope you're enjoying the deck. The feedback I have received thus far has been great. Would love to hear what everything thinks if you haven't dropped me a line yet.

If you're looking to purchase any decks, please let me know.

Hey everyone! So far, all First Class and Standard rewards have been shipped for this project. I'm just waiting on the completion of a few custom rewards so I may close the door on fulfillment process. Custom rewards include the skateboard wall displays, "Anything Is Possible" bottles, and gaffed decks.

I have a batch of decks available before I receive the balance from the fulfillment center.

Additionally, I had a deck display stand produced for my office but since I loved it so much, I decided to release them to the public. The deck display stand is created using 100% genuine aircraft parts - very fitting for the deck.

Don't forget about Jetsetter Playing Cards.

31
Brief update. Production has reached Chicago and will be en route to the fulfillment center in a few days. Once everything reaches the fulfillment center, some decks need to be repositioned to Jetsetter Playing Cards headquarters to fulfill the First Class rewards then official fulfillment will commence one week after those depart.

Stay tuned for more details!

32
I really like the concept. Sorry I missed the project, but congrats on the successful campaign.

Thank you! I appreciate that. No worries on missing the project. If you still wanted to pickup a couple decks, they'll be available end of August or early September. I'll shoot you a message with options if you're interested.

33
Wanted to pass along a brief update. Production has been completed. I received a couple sample decks that were pulled from the production run. I'm really impressed. These actually exceeded my own expectations. See attached for a few photos.

34
Let me know when they're on BackerKit - I missed out on the KS.

Unfortunately, I'm not using BackerKit... but I'll message you once production is en route.

35
FYI – I'm using Backerkit to manage pledges and set up PreOrders. I'll be promoting that link in a couple weeks everywhere.

Looking forward to that Backerkit link!

In addition to the photos posted above, here's four more photos of the physical proofs. And... let me know what you think!

If you're not a backer of the Premier Edition in Altitude Blue, here's some photos of the physical proofs from the Expert Playing Card Company. Let me know what you think!

Hey all,

I wanted to take a moment to swing by and provide a couple updates.

First, I'd like to thank everyone for their amazing support during my campaign. It doesn't go unnoticed.

Next, the process is moving along. Just completed the digital proofing phase. So, if you missed out on the campaign, the decks will be hitting production in no time and they'll be available to the general public... hopefully before schedule.

Also, I have released the next Jetsetter Playing Cards tee shirt. In fact, there's been enough pre-orders for it to get printed. If you're interested in adding a new tee shirt to your summer rotation, feel free to check them out here: https://cottonbureau.com/products/jetsetter-playing-cards

The shirts are available in four colors and in men's and women's sizes.

Again, thank you for all the support and help to get another deck funded.

Here's your final boarding call... about five hours left to back the Premier Edition in Altitude Blue on Kickstarter. I must say, nothing is worse than running to the gate only to see the airplane pushing back from the jetway. So, please prepare to board and proceed to Kickstarter immediately, or click here: http://kck.st/1RHzXVB

Cant wait to see what you have in store  :)

Just added custom classic wedge stripper decks to the campaign. Personally cut by Steph Lac of Slim Card | Gaffs & Magic. Pretty excited about these.

Hey everyone,

The Premier Edition in Altitude Blue is doing superb. The project has reached goal and currently climbing steadily towards $10k. I appreciate the support thus far. Many of you have played a part in the development of the Premier Edition and I appreciate it. If you haven’t visited the project page recently, here’s some brief reads from the instrument panel:

- $9,194 – 115% funded
- 214 backers
- 11 days left

If you’re a magician, I’ll be (hopefully) releasing a small tier in the coming days for those magicians looking to come aboard. So, be on the look out.

Again, thanks for the continued support. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Check out the project here: http://kck.st/1RHzXVB

42
In case you are interested, I increased the availability of the brick tier that includes the brick-sized display case. It's one of the FIRST CLASS tiers. Feel free to take a gander here: http://kck.st/1RHzXVB

43
I would absolutely love to add a second color to the mix. If this color does well, I do have a second one planned that could be added but it would probably end up being more of a limited version. But most importantly, I want to focus on this deck then assess adding a second. The project is doing well though so we'll see!

I'm going to ask a crazy question, because I'm still new to playing card collecting. What's the deal with MPC cards? Everyone seems to dislike them.

They're getting better but like HankMan said, they're not up to the standard. MPC is a great resource to print one off decks (prototypes) or smaller runs but will lack the overall quality of USPCC or LPCC / EPCC.

Any chance we can add on orig Jetsetters?

Unfortunately, the first addition sold out in December. But...

Happy to oblige ;) http://jpplayingcards.co.uk/jetsetter-playing-cards

JP Playing Cards is an "approved" and recommended reseller.

I gotta say, the Jetsetter brand is probably one of my favorite working decks on the market right now. The homage to airline decks really appeals to me, and makes them immediately familiar, even feel vintage without feeling overdone. There are too many T11esque, overly-ornate, busy/filigreed designs that are beautiful as collection pieces but not great for practical users like cardists or magicians in my opinion

Thank you, Justin. Looking forward to these decks landing in your hands!

Wheels up! I launched the Premier Edition of Jetsetter Playing Cards earlier today on Kickstarter. As of right now, the project is 54% funded with 103 backers. If you have any questions, I'd be glad answer any that you may have.

You can check out the project here: http://kck.st/1UzbJ7f

47
There's a couple placeholders for photos and pricing and wording might be tweaked here and there but here's a preview for the Kickstarter:

Officially launching on Tuesdsy, March 29th at 7:30 am EDT.

The prints on this campaign are gorgeous too! Well worth it. He's only a couple grand away in USD.

Thoughts and prayers!
