Did the USPCC go back to Cincinnati?

I was randomly watching some videos of Jason England and I stumbled across this video on the Theory11 channel:

Go at 8:00 and watch where is J. Bayme and listen at what he says... Did you hear that! "The USPCC in Cincinnati,Ohio". Does this mean they are moving back? I hope so! Anyway they just moved 30 minutes from Cincinnati, but the quality dropped down a lot, but now it's better, even the Tally Ho are very good. Any information?

No I don't think so, I think they still have the factory there though(idk if I am wrong) and the 2011-present quality at USPCC is now supirior to the old decks.

The company at one point did still maintain some of its corporate operations in Cincinnati, but at this point I think those have folded and been moved.  Regardless, all the printing operations are in Erlanger, Kentucky, a suburb of Cincinnati.  Despite the different city and state names, it was literally like moving from one side of town to another.  They aren't moving back to Cincinnati, considering the investment made in the new facilities.  If they ever do, it would be many, many years from now, and into even newer and more modern facilities and not the old plants.

Technically, even when they were in Cincinnati, they weren't really in Cincinnati.  They were in Norwood, Ohio, a suburb to the northeast of Cincinnati, while Erlanger is a suburb to the southwest.  The two are connected by Interstate-75, and while the old plant was near Lunken Airport, the new plant is near the larger Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport.
