Playing Card Plethora / What could be these?

I just bought a wooden box with two decks inside.
I can see they differ from each other and, as you'll see on the photos, one of them seems to be USPCC.
The owner of the shop doesn't know anything about them but the fact they must have at least more than 25 years old.
Here are some photos with some of the cards of each deck.

Hello, AetherCards!
I'm Pacis from Portugal and i have always loved magic, and an observer for quite a few years. About 4 years ago, I bought a magic kit to entertain the family, but that was pretty much all.
A few months to this part, as I was defied to entertain kids at the pediatric hospital, I decided to buy some silks tricks and some decks to do magic and some flourishing. That's when my passion for decks evolved. I began to try more decks and started collecting them.
I found out about the forum as I was searching now for some decks that aren't available in portuguese shops. I just love the forum and decided to be a member of this great community.
