how to delete stuff off eBay cart ??

Have you tried going to your cart and changing the quantity or deleting it? That's how it's usually done. Otherwise just type the question into Google and look at the results.

Try changing the quantity of the item you don't want, to zero.

Same thing usually appears in the States as well - I've removed items from my cart before.

You should be able to remove it from your shopping cart. This tool's only available for those BIN items, and if you haven't paid for it, you're not committed to buy it. I don't see why you HAVE to pay for it while only having it in the cart.
