Hochman does not mention that the black and white standard Ace of Spades also came in the narrow version - so I am adding it here.  Not sure what brand this came with.

SU4 - narrow - Liberty Bell Whist # 113 - this is the narrow version of the Liberty Bell # 1776.  Same back design as above, but I don't know if this back design was exclusive to Liberty Bell or used with other brands as well.
