THE ULTIMATE MAGIC DECK!
FROM MATHIEU BICH AND DAVID BLAINE

ADD COPY

Over a decade in the making, this optical illusion marked deck has quickly become a favorite among David Blaine and his closest magician collaborators. Mathieu Bich presented this design to David Blaine. David instantly understood the strength of this marking system, and this incredible deck was created.

BLRD playing cards are a stealth magic deck. The 'reader' system is not easy to learn, but once seen, it can't be unseen. The BLRD system allows for a deceptively fast read of the value and suit of each playing card, even from a distance. These decks are sold for entertainment purposes only.

Printed on Viper Finish from Legends Playing Card Co., this ultra-thin, soft card stock is engineered to be long lasting and handle smoothly in varying climates. Each card back is cold foiled, with an embossed and foiled tuck. Designed for working magicians, Viper Finish provides premium feel, handling, and durability. These decks are intended for performance, so removing the side tabs is advised.

Magic Review: Svengali Deck Tips!

VIDEO REVIEW

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_pyKMOoEy0

A Svengali deck is a trick deck of cards that allows you to easily perform some seemingly amazing effects and it?s a great beginners magic trick for anyone of almost any age.

Svengali magic cards are gimmicked so that anywhere that a spectator cuts will reveal the same card. Also, the decks allow you to display the deck with either different cards or being made up of a single card. Because of the gimmicking, Svengali magic cards cannot be examined by spectators. Although the deck can be convincingly shown to contain different cards.

This is How To Make A 37 Force Deck + a bunch of free card magic tricks that you can easily do

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fazoUJCAeb0

Forcing Decks are a type of gimmick Deck of playing cards used to force a spectator to select a particular card, which the magician already knows in advance.

There are two types of forcing deck

Decks that help you force a particular card or know exactly which card the spectator selected ...

And second - Those which help force an "array of cards," but the magician must then "fish" the spectator for a bit more information to know the card.

Of course - the easiest forcing deck is the one in which all cards are identical. Of course, then the magician must be careful to prevent "flashing" (aka the spectator seeing the faces of the cards).

A two-way forcing deck (like the one you are learning) consists of two sets of identical cards, one set comprising the top half of the pack and the other the bottom half. A deck of this kind can be used to force two different cards on two spectators.

This is also known as a 50/50 deck

A 50/50 can also be a forcing deck in which the top half is made up of the same card and the bottom half is composed of indifferent cards. Providing the magician only shows half of the deck, the magician can fan the cards face-up to supposedly demonstrate that all cards are different. When offered to the spectator for selection, he must ensure that he or she selects a card out of the top half.

What is your favorite forcing deck?

Elevation: Night Edition playing cards are printed by Cartamundi with their True Linen B9 Finish and SlimLine Paper Stock. The courts are recolored to an elegant forest green and all the courts are holding something related to the theme (a compass, hiking stick, etc?) The two-way back design features a broken border that helps create amazing fans. The deck contains three jokers, a duplicate card and a custom ace of spades.

The Elevation Duo represents the journey of life. The Night Edition illustrates the dark ?downs? while the Day Edition emphasizes the positive ?ups?.

Card marking is the process of altering playing cards in a method only apparent to marker or conspirator, such as by bending or adding visible marks to a card. This allows different methods for card sharps to cheat or for magicians to perform magic tricks

Magic Question: What is the best Deck Stack?

What does it mean: to stack the deck?

Well in American English
a. to arrange cards or a pack of cards so as to cheat

"He stacked the deck and won every hand"

b. to manipulate events, information, etc., esp. unethically, in order to achieve an advantage or desired result
See full dictionary entry for stack

The poker cheat will mark cards to help themselves win in a game. They typically mark the cards that will help them make decisions such as high cards in regular gameplay or game specific cards, such as wild cards, for other games.

Daubing is when a cheat uses a pen with special ink to mark the card and uses special sunglasses (usually red lensed) to see the mark. The ink is not visible to the others at the table, but it is visible to the cheat with the special red lenses.

These cards .... have been pre-daubed for you.

Just pop in the contact lenses - and you'll see the world is a whole new way

Deck Review - Cotta's Almanac #6 Reproduction Playing Cards USPCC

DECK REVIEW # 6

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1AWLqCOzjk

Introducing a precisely restored and digitally hand-recreated reproduction of the final Cotta's almanac deck full of history, and for the sixth time, strongly touched by Schiller's works, continuing after the previous pink, red, yellow, green, and blue one, which was the first published complete transformation playing card deck in the world!

The violet "Knightly Orders" 1811 almanac deck is the sixth in a series of six famous transformation playing card decks.

The court card figures depict members of various knightly orders and the characters are in the robes of various orders of real knighthood / damehood or spiritual orders, while the theme of number cards is romantic or even spiritual with a variety of subjects & sixteen of pip cards have scenes that can be considered illustrative of the four seasons.

Additionally to the series of Cotta's almanac decks, all influenced by notable authors, and bottom lined as somehow always mysteriously connected with German poetic genius Johann Christoph Friedrich (von) Schiller, this one might also draw on aspects from another Schiller's cosmopolitan thinker philosophical response work - especially when interfered with surveying public question about his quiet Masonic potential membership, but this has not been proven yet.

This 6th deck may be pointing to Schiller's cosmopolitan thoughts about the world orders or various communities and memberships, and even to potentially hidden answers through some of his works with resembling context such as "Don Carlos" play or a ballad written in a year of friendly ballad competition with Johann Wolfgang (von) Goethe - "The Glove".

Deck Review - Cotta's Almanac #5 Reproduction Playing Cards USPCC

DECK REVIEW  # 5

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1rWWPYo79g

The purple "Aeneid or Pantheon" deck is the fifth in a series of six famous transformation playing card decks we plan to release. This fifth Cotta's almanac playing cards deck was originally published in 1810.

The court card figures depict various mythological characters, while the number cards include caricatures of famous people like Napoleon, and a variety of comical subjects.

Characters were primarily taken from Roman mythology and included the chief false god Jupiter (King of Clubs); Vulcan (King of Spades), the false god/ruler of fire; Bacchus (King of Diamonds), the false god/ruler of wine; Mercury (Jack of Spades), the messenger and herald of the false gods/rulers; and Amor (Jack of Hearts), the false god/ruler of love who was the son of Venus and Mercury.

All the queens depicted female false goddesses/rulers from the Roman pantheon, including Juno (Queen of Clubs), Jupiter's wife and the false goddess/ruler of marriage; Minerva (Queen of Spades), the false goddess/ruler of learning and craft; Venus (Queen of Hearts), the false goddess/ruler of love and beauty; and Ceres (Queen of Diamonds), the false goddess/ruler of fertility.

Representing members of the Greek pantheon were Apollo (King of Hearts), the false god/ruler of music and medicine; Momus (Jack of Clubs), the son of the Greek false goddess Nyx (Night); and Paris (Jack of Diamonds), the Trojan prince and son of Priam and Hecuba.

Deck Review: Cotta's Almanac #1 Reproduction Playing Cards USPCC

The very first transformation deck issued by Cotta is from 1805. This deck is probably the most famous of all six, and is incredibly scarce. Original illustrations were fiddling artworks done by hand, on copper plates that were manually engraved with stipple and etching, and the cards were printed on linen period stock that was 97 mm x 69 mm in size, with blank card backs and squared corners at that time. Only the court cards were hand-colored, while the number cards used red stencils.

REVIEW FOR DECK # 1

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEOqZ7QQ6zE

Cotta?s transformation cards were very successful and became a role model for later transformation decks from other publishers. And since the card backs were blank, individual cards were sometimes used by the nobility as visit cards and for leaving messages, so these playing cards often became multi-purpose items.

The images on the court cards are characters inspired by Schiller's play "Die Jungfrau von Orleans" ("Joan of Arc").

Magic Review - Rainbow Road by Kyle Purnell

video review:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=An2fClrmdbE

add copy

Rainbow Road is the transposition Kyle Purnell has always wanted. Two cards change places with two other cards, and at the end of the effect, not only do all the backs of the cards change to different colors, but you can hand them out for examination. From the 2021 Penguin Magic Creator of the year comes an eye-popping packet trick you will want to carry with you everywhere. This is Rainbow Road from Kyle Purnell.

Here?s what happens:

The magician shows two red kings and two black kings. They change places once, then twice, and finally a third time. Both transpositions are super visual. Then, just when your audience thinks the trick is over, you hit them with the kicker. The red-backed cards change to blue, green, and yellow!

Rainbow Road is an incredible packet trick that only uses four cards, and everything is examinable at the end. This hyper-visual transposition effect gets crazier when your audience sees the backs of the cards change color. The rainbow ending is a real killer. In addition to the full routine and the cards your receive in the mail, you also learn Kyle?s Tunnel Transpo.

This extremely visual change causes cards to change places inside a tunnel made from the other cards. It?s a color change you?ll add to your other routines because it is that cool. This one is going right in your wallet, so you can perform it at a moment?s notice. Race your audience to the insane visuals at the end of this trick with Rainbow Road from Kyle Purnell.

Magic Review - Forecast by Craig Petty & The 1914

VIDEO REVIEW

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7XTorG0uK9k

ADD COPY

Memorizing a deck of cards is laborious and time consuming. It's why so few magicians ever make the top 1% and why so many performers quit trying.

However, Craig Petty's unique approach to learning a mem-deck will DRASTICALLY improve your progress and significantly slash the time required to learn one. Here's how:

The first three effects taught in Forecast are completely self working, killer card miracles. Despite using stacked decks, there is no need to remember the position of a single card! Craig designed these effects to help you become familiar with your stack without the risk of getting anything wrong. You will master all three effects almost instantly (and they are easily worth the price of this project alone).

The next three tricks are slightly more advanced, but easily still within your grasp. While they don't require instant recall, they do require a basic familiarization with your stack. But we've made it super easy by including a devious gimmick that will be your safety net. Even in the heat of performance, you will never lose your cool.

The final three tricks do require instant recall. But by mastering all of the effects that came prior, you'll have already overtaken 99% of magicians that embarked on this path before you; You will have conquered the foundations and the finish line will be firmly in sight.

Memorizing the order of a deck of playing cards allows you to perform card miracles that appear TRULY impossible, even to other magicians. If you're looking for magician foolers, this project is bursting with them!

What's more, every effect taught in Forecast can be performed with ANY memorized card stack. Craig uses the existing Mnemonica stack by Juan Tamariz but you are welcome to create your own by shuffling a deck into a random order and using that to begin your mem-deck journey.

No more procrastinating. There has never been a better time to master the mem-deck.

Are you ready to join the 1%?
