New info - I made in inquiry into an order at BMPokerWorld yesterday (I kinda screwed up an order) but tossed in a question or two.

* There are no plans, as has been done with some of the other "off-color" decks, to make a Brown Rider Back in the new Standard Box design.  As many know, while other companies like DiFatta were responsible for the weirder colors like fuschia and turquoise, brown was a BMPW project when it first came out a few years ago.

* There IS, however, a NEW deck they're working on.  No details, no release date, but they said they'd keep me posted.

I personally thought the Premier Back from them was among the better releases to see the light of day this year. It was simple and elegant, didn't have or need a million bells and whistles, and just plain looked good.  Finest use of metallic ink, in my opinion.

it works for me. keep in mind that i dont think the deck discounts and the promo code stack. so if u only bought enough to get a 10% discount u might not notice it. but the cart definitely accepts that code.

also, the blue crown code definitely works. i just tried putting it in and it shows the 15% discount. anyone wanting stuff from them should get it now as they have the free shipping or half shipping promo going on for 2 days.

too bad all they have left are the regular decks tho. not much to really buy to take advantage of the shipping promo since dvds dont cost much to ship anyways.

I just used it successfully - BUT...

If you use this code, you cancel any deck discounts for buying in bulk.  If you're purchasing more than 6 decks, the discount for the coupon code is equal to or less than the discount for buying in bulk.

I suggest saving the code for when you're buying books, DVDs, hand lotion, bottle openers, etc.

To take advantage of their "magic10", you'd have to checkout as a guest, but when you check out as a guest can you still track your shipment?

Okay, it might be a glitch of the system back then.
Thanks.

No prob.

I tried using the T11H3BA code at T11 to buy some tees and it said "coupon has been already been used by this customer". I tried using the E trick but I can't check out as a guest.

In case anyone is wondering about the new Aladdin's coming from Pokerstud52, I can confirm that they are Domebacks, a back design from the 30s. No idea what they look like but I do believe they will be coming soon. I haven't been able to find any pics anywhere but someone here might be able to help out in that department.

I think you have to make new account to buy things.
Maybe you should use another email for that.

What about the Ornate decks that are discussed in another thread?
The artist said he will have that on kickstarter around February.

It is temporary or permanent?  If it expires, when?

Guys, we need to make notes on which codes are one-shot deals, which are always good and which have expiration dates.  There's a handful of codes up there that work only as "one time per account" codes; they've been posted about in this topic already.

Hello,

What do you think about making a list for released decks?
So as we could catch up decks that we missed.

I'll try to put together one in the new year, but here's a list to get you started..

The extra row on the left is so you can checkmark what you have if you printed these off.

This is not a full or complete list.  But it's something to get you started

CBJ
what's the spiewak and the jack link deck mentioned in the list above? No luck finding it on google.

I don't know what the heck a spiewak is.  At least I didn't, until I Googled it!

I. Spiewak and Sons is a Brooklyn-based manufacturer of outerwear, in operation since 1904.  They've expanded from being merely functional to being quite fashionable.  On September 22nd last year, they introduced their upcoming fall line at the Brooklyn Denim Co. store - the first fifty attendees were given a free limited-edition Spiewak deck of playing cards.  Whether more than those fifty exist is uncertain.

Jack Link's is a popular brand of smoked meat snacks like jerky and sausages.  They made a promo deck, like so many companies before them.  They use a "Sasquatch" character prominently in their ads, and they're a sponsor of the World Series of Poker - the latter probably being a big reason why they made a promo deck in the first place.

CBJ: decks to come off the coming-soon list:
Crimson Gate - dead in the water, no known chance of revival.
Bicycle Steam Punk - in release, BOTH versions
Bicycle Robocycle - in release, BOTH colors
Aladdin decks from Pokerstud52 - red Domebacks out now, blue next month
D&D US Regulation - released as Vintage Plaid, although the boxes say "US Regulation Playing Cards"
