I nominate the metal antique copper finish planchette, and wood double-sided spirit board/authenticity placard from Chris Ovdiyenko 's Oracle deck:

Although Paul Roman Martinez's Flight Logbook is equally awesome, as is the Pagan calendar and the Hotcakes coloring book.

Take note that nominees in this category are not necessarily required to have released their product with a deck.  For example, I think Pack Jackets came out this year - they're mostly not deck specific, but they are certainly deck accessories.

I think that Bicycle Oracle set was really wicked-cool.
