I will nominate Stockholm17 for Requiem, Heretic and Card Launchers No. 17 Deck.
Their first deck, Requiem was Funded on Kickstarter the 10th of February 2014.
Guys, please remember we're nominating PEOPLE for this category, not decks. You can mention the deck(-s) he or she made in 2014, surely, but it's the artist that's getting the nomination.Yes, Lorenzo Gaggiotti. I second his nomination.I will nominate Stockholm17 for Requiem, Heretic and Card Launchers No. 17 Deck.

We are NOT going by date funded - we are going by date released, either by retailers or to backers. If it was distributed in 2014, great.
Based on what Bama said, I take it Lorenzo and Stockholm17 are the same entities? I know it's not always possible but try to give as complete a name or set of names as possible - and in the case of groups, we need the specific designer(-s) in the group that did the work, or the names of the members of the group if they all participated. (In such cases, a group that worked on a deck together can be nominated as one.)
I'll nominate Brain Vessel Creative, creator of seven seas deck. I say they deserve a chance ;)Seven Seas probably also qualifies as an Art Deck.

I'm hoping that by some miracle Four Point Playing Cards (http://www.fourpointplayingcards.com/index.html) ships before the end of the year. I'd like to nominate Ben Vierck for best new designer if he can pull it off.

When is it expected to ship?
One thing a lot of smaller producers are going to need to keep their eyes on is USPC's schedule. First the bigger companies hog up the schedule with their upcoming holiday releases, then the company shuts down for winter break in mid-December. Some release schedules may end up more optimistic than realistic, and USPC has never been afraid of bumping smaller projects off the schedule when larger ones come around asking for a rush job.
Sometime next month. I think it will take a miracle to pull that off. Possible but only just. Fingers crossed, but I think it'll be next year before Four Points is in our hands.
If his decks get printed by end of the year, then I nominate Alvin Cheung.
If not, then Brendan Hong

Nurul - Brendan's already been nominated AND seconded. We'll see if Alvin gets his deck out in time. Meanwhile, see if anyone's willing to second Alvin in advance.
hi all
thank you for the nominations :)
I was tempted to vote for myself haha
I abstain only out of a desire to be seen as impartial - I have too much behind-the-scenes access to the goings on.So our votes are public?
