For what I've read, it's only a rumor followed by guesses.
Let's wait for some more actual news.
But I confess I'm very curious about a new Artifice deck

Well since it seems it'll be purple, I have to say I'm very happy about that. Both the blue and the red look great, so purple, just in between the two, would be perfect. White or yellow should also be nice, and so would pink, but purple is already a nice step up!

Great! - They'll be nice additions to the other Artifices out there. I like the fact that these decks will match my basketball team's color scheme (It's Rhyme Tyme!). Now that you mention it, Ellusionist could just make and entire rainbow of bright colors and they'll look good! Over all, I hope they'll make something like a collector's box set with all the colored Artifices out there. That would be amazing!

Would it look cool, probably.

Is it really necessary, in a market so glutted with new decks, to come up with a new color of Artifice, a deck that was released over a year ago - especially when they have perhaps three different, new deck projects in the pipeline that they've been promoting?

Absolutely not.

I'd want to see hard evidence. This is only rumor so far.

I actually like different colored Artifice decks. I hope this will be thir new standard deck. As long as each new color isn't limited, I feel this will be nice. Hopefully they will make this a staple of their decks, such as the Arcane series, and maybe even make a gaff deck.

I am done with all these recolored decks coming out all the time, I have been buying only 100% custom decks or decks I really like, stuff like this just clutters the market and makes it harder for good decks to do as well as they deserve.

This IS a fully custom deck. And a really, really nice looking one.

Yes, but also, the only difference between these, the blue, red and green ones is the back design color. So, they are custom, but in a way, I agree with Aaron when he says these decks clutter the market.

I could reword it as I am only buying NEW 100% custom decks (no recoulorations) if that makes it easier for you to understand.

anyway, I might buy some of these because they are cool and I really like the artifices, but other decks like the monarchs just get ridiculous.

I dont think people should get mad about companies wanting to make money though, that would be the main reason they are existant and companies like E and T11 ect. should make money for their hard work, but in this very saturated market now I think they should lay off, but really this is E`s first deck in almost 7 months so they arnt too bad.

The people wanting a whole colour line and Gaff decks and whatnot are crazy to me though, ya it would be cool but I would much rather see a new deck than a recolouration.

...let's not forget, gang - no hard confirmation yet. Until E puts out a teaser or press release, this is little more than a rumor. It could even be false information given to BMPokerWorld to gauge interest in such a product or divert attention from other recent releases by competitors.

Yawn. My "Skippable Factor" is a hearty 80 for this one. I already have several Artifice, and a simple color swap really doesn't jingle my bells.

Weird how they left eh Emerald Artifices out of their PSA. I liked the fact of the entertaining cartoon though. I'll stay tuned next week to see if they are worth the money.
