I watched it.  Had a tough time finishing it.  Not very funny, I'm afraid.  A fart joke is almost funny the first time - that same joke told an average of once per minute has gone from stale to moldy, way past the "sell by" date.

And someone somewhere in YouTubeLand will probably bitch at you for using the word "retarded" in the title.  Your character was more like dumb as a post than full-blown mentally-challenged.

I call 'em as I see 'em.  Sorry, bro.

Hmm I didn't really get the joke(s) if they were any.

Although, the first 30 seconds you sounded a bit like Dan Harlan, especially that little laugh you did.

Can't really say much, sorry dude.

No offense taken. It wasn't really meant to be anything. Me and a buddy were up all night and I filmed it literally right before I posted it here. We were just screwing around too see. I think that we may have been too slap happy, so it was only funny to us at the momment because of that. But yeah it was completely impromptu just wanted to test it out. There was no script he just said let's make a video and I started filming.

I appreciate your input though honestly. Thank you.

Yes, me for instance. It's ignorant and tiresome to see.
Yes, I might be the guy you remember from that thing at that place way back when.

I apologize, it wasn't meant to be offensive, and like I said it was just to see what people thought.

Any ideas for another video that would be less ignorant, less impromptu, and more serious?

And so you guys didn't like the video, but how about the trick?

You were indeed too slap-happy when you made it.

There was so much emphasis on bad comedy I didn't really notice any trick.  If you want to show off a trick, make the trick the focus of the video, not the horrible title and not the awful patter.

Try shooting it silent.  If you think silent doesn't work as well, either re-shoot it with some proper patter or edit the video soundtrack to have voiceover - since no one sees your face, there's no lip movements to match and you could be saying almost anything you want without continuity errors as long as you time it correctly.

I almost never look through the Magic section, but the horrible title of this thread caught my attention.

One of my best friends since I was a kid is mentally handicapped, my childhood neighbor Eric. My brothers and I were sort of Eric's protectors in school and we hangout every time my family and I drive up for a weekend visit. I think of Eric as my brother, so I hate it whenever I see the R word used - especially when it's used as a means to get attention!

Thanks, Randy

The video was made to be silly.

Do you know how the trick is done?

1) I failed to see the trick when I watched it.

2) "Retarded" stopped being funny or silly a long time ago.

If it seems like we're beating you over the head with that second point - we are.
